We collect personal information of our current and prospective clients through our website. We never collect information in person or through any other means. Invoicing information is collected by our vendor partner 2Checkout through the shopping cart page and is exclusively stored on 2Checkout's web servers.

Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Please note that we need your explicit consent to store and process your personal information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. You can revoke your consent at any time by sending a request via the contact form. If you do not consent we are unable to provide our services to you and we cannot let you use the members-only (logged in) version of our site.

User Registration
When registering on our website, you are asked to enter your name and email address.
Invoicing information
The invoicing information is not stored on our servers. It is handled exclusively by our vendor partner 2Checkout.When purchasing a product you are asked by our eCommerce provider 2Checkout to enter your first and last name, your address, city, zip or postal code, country, state or province and email. If you are making a purchase on behalf of a company, you are also asked to provide company name, VAT ID, phone number and FAX number. In some payment options you may be asked to enter credit card data.
2Checkout provides a secure and reliable platform for selling our software products online. Your private data is 100% safe, as 2Checkout complies with the latest online security standards. Starting May 25th 2018, our eCommerce provider 2Checkout will be GDPR compliant.

Help Center
When asking for support via our Help Center, we may ask for information that will allow us to connect to your website (FTP access and administrator access). We use that information to provide you with technical support. Please note that we do explicitly tell you to give us temporary access to your website, therefore we do not have any responsibility if you failed to revoke our access since your post was closed.
When filing a public post you have no reasonable expectation of privacy and as such any information volunteered in a public post is not subject to our Privacy Policy.
Forum Posts
We use any information that you volunteer by submitting a forum post, to respond to your request.
Content Notifications
When you subscribe to content change notifications, if you don't have an account on our website, you are asked to enter your name and email address. If you already have an account on our website, then we process your name and email in order to send you email notifications about content changes.
IP Address
Your IP address is temporarily collected whenever you are accessing our website in our web server's logs, our security software's logs and our download system's logs (only when downloading through our site or when downloading updates of our software). This information is used to ensure the security of our website and to prevent abuse. IP address information is not directly identifiable information but if it's stored in conjunction with your user account ID it might be an indirect identifier.
Your IP address in the context of security and abuse prevention is specifically exempt from requiring your consent per the European Union's GDPR. We are legally required to ensure the security of your personal information through any appropriate technical means and that includes collecting your IP address in that context.

We process your personal information to provide the software download and support services we have agreed upon when you subscribed to our services.
When logging in we automatically process your personal information to protect you against unauthorized access to your account and ensure your account safety. We also display you parts of your personal information for reasons of personalization of our site's pages and ensuring that it's clear who is the currently logged in user.
To improve our website.
To improve customer service (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs).
When downloading our software we are automatically processing your personal information to make sure that you have purchased access to the software you are trying to download and ensure that your account is not being abused.
When using our Help Center we process your personal information to reply to your request. We also automatically process your personal information to send you automated email notifications about the handling of your request.
When using our forum we process your personal information to reply to your request. We also automatically process your personal information to send you automated email notifications about the handling of your request.
When you have purchased a product we automatically process your personal information to send you automated transactional emails, i.e. reminders about your subscription expiration and any changes in your subscription's status with us.
When you are a subscriber to content change notifications or newsletters we process your personal information to send you periodic emails about content changes, new products and offerings.
There are certain obligations in accordance to local and international laws, as well as Directives issued by the European Union. These legal obligations require the processing of your personal information. In other cases we may receive a court order or otherwise be legally obliged to process or convey your personal information to third parties.
We process your personal information to protect the legal interests of us and others. A legal interest exists when we have a business or commercial reason to use your information. Even then it must not be against what is fair to you and your best interests.
We do not perform personalized marketing and we do not make use of profiling for marketing purposes.
How long do we keep your personal information?
We retain your personal information for as long as we have a business relationship with you as evidenced by the existence of an active subscription or a log in to your account.
Six (6) months after the termination of our business relationship (explicitly: the expiration of your last subscription with us or your last log in to our site, whichever comes later) the following actions will be taken:
Your user account will be permanently deleted.
Your private Help Center posts will be permanently removed and you will forever lose access to them. Please note that your public posts will remain intact.
Your expired subscriptions history will be permanently removed.
Any record of your downloads history is removed from our site (as long as the downloads took place while you were logged in; or downloads and updates obtained using a valid at the time Download ID).
Other logs which may contain personal infomration such as server access logs and security logs are kept for up to FOURTEEN (14) months.
We may retain your personal information longer than that for regulatory, technical or legal reasons.
Important: your transactions on 2Checkout, e.g. our payment processing partner, are not deleted when your user account is deleted. This information is submitted to and stored by 2Checkout. You should contact them directly to exercise your data rights with them.

Right of Access
The right of access gives you the right to access your personal data and information about how this personal data is being processed. We can provide, upon request, a copy of the actual data kept on file for you on our servers. You can request a copy of your personal data via the contact form.

Automated decision making
We do not use automated decision making and we do not perform any kind of automated profiling of our clients and web site visitors.

Any accounts found in violation of this term will be terminated without a refund and all information pertaining to that user account will be erased.
