Invoice and Billing Query

Hi there

We used the purchase form to attempt to purchase a standard subscription on 18 April 2022, and yet never received anything, and have no invoice or records of the purchase. After waiting, we then purchased a professional subscription on 05 May, and received an invoice, BV63872464, for £24.42. However, the amount that we have been charged is £15.76 on 20 April.

Please would you either provide us with the correct invoice for the amount charged on 20 April, or reissue payment for the full amount from 05 May?
