Subscription confirmation email does not arrive

Minitek Wall Pro - Professional Subscription

Hello!

I have some questions when sending the first subscription email.

The website tells me that I will receive an email to activate the subscription, but I don't get it. Is it because I have to wait for the CRON task? Or does this email arrive automatically? If so, it doesn't arrive.

I've already set up the 3 cron tasks for the events, but I'm not sure if this email will work.

Hi there,

The subscription emails are automatic and do need a cron job. Have you looked in the spam/trash folders?
