Chinese Character Wont Work in FAQ search

The search in our faq search wont work in chinese characters. It bounce back to our homepage.

Hi,

have you tried the link of our china FAQ page(chinese character),
you can try copy&paste test this sentence "PetBacker如何运作？" in the search bar to search a valid question in the FAQ ,

while this sentence to "how does PetBacker work" test in our english FAQ(english)

my problem is at our china FAQ page where the question searched is valid but cannot be search .. and it has no problem with the english searching english FAQ..

could you help us with this?

edit : (i cant send picture to this reply . it shows 500 internal error. nginx )

The admin login info (back-end) does not work.

sorry , but i have wrongly set the pass there.. but now set it right .. you can try it back.
