I receive many questions via email and I would like to answer this question redirecting the user to a single FAQ. If I'm not wrong today it is only possible to have a voice menu for a single topic (group of question) but I would like my answer to be more specific to invite the user to read a single question.

Ho complex it is to develop this feature?

Thank you for your help

Hi there,

I'm not sure I understand your question. Can you please elaborate?

In other words I would like to ask you if you can implement your component to make it possible to create a menu entry that refer to a single FAQ.

Most of my site visitors prefer to write me an email to ask something instead of looking for the an answer into the FAQ section of the site. In this case it would be very useful for me to replay them with the URL of the specific FAQ question that address their needs.

But your component do not provide this granularity and I can only create a menu entry for a section (a group o question). And this is not as effective as it could be.

Let me show you an example:

Please navigate to the following link where you can find all the FAQs related PMI Exams

Now immagine that I would like you to read the fifth question (Come di documenta l'esperienza?)
How can I create a link for that specific question?

Thank you for your help.

There is already a link for each question. If you click on the question title in the page, there is a link at the bottom right: "View question".

You can use it to redirect users directly to a specific question.

To enable the links, go to dashboard >> Sections and open the section Domande frequenti (FAQ).

Under the tab Questions, enable the parameter Question link. You will then be able to see the question links in the front-end.
