Upgrading from FREE to Pro

We initially setup FAQ Book with the free version. We just purchased the standard version.

I have downloaded and installed the Minitek Updates Authentication.

I have added the download id and published the plugin.

I have verified that purge is turned off and emptied the cache in Microsoft Edge and Firefox.

I am still not able to get the component to upgrade.

Am I missing a step or will we need to start the FAQ from scratch?

Hi there,

I have updated the component in your site. You should have the latest Pro version now.

Upgrades from free to Pro must be made manually.
