Ive been unable to post on the ticket forum due to some error generated by the site. However, on apprising you of the issue of non functioning of your plugins after joomla update to 3.6.0 and jomsocial update to 4.2.3, you had advised me to update the plugin to vs. 3.2.1 launched yesterday. However, despite repeated efforts and even installing the unecessary perfect dashboard extension, i'm unable to update as it gives the following error.

Oops! One of your commercial extensions couldn't be updated. refused to provide you with an update file. Usually, this means that your subscription is either expired or your update request hasn’t been authenticated. You can either go to website and investigate the issue or use Perfect Dashboard to automatically retrieve your subscription & update your website.

Request you to kindly look into the matter urgently and update the extension as my subscription is still valid and also ensure that the extension is working as it is claimed to after the update.

Hi, Can you please enable the updation of the plugin at your end ? My subscription ends on 3rd August and your office is closed on weekends. I request you to kindly look into the matter urgently.

Hi Ashish,

Have you installed and configured the plugin Minitek Updates Authentication?

You can't update our commercial extensions without it.
