I would like to have the section titles be just title and have no active element to them, e.g just behave like a normal article title, does nothing other than be text.

Hi there,

You mean that you want to disable the Section links in the Sections page
https://cfts.co/faq
?

Hi back, Yes that is Correct!

You can do that by creating a template override.

In your template,
go to the /html folder and create a folder
com_faqbookpro/sections

Then copy the 2 files
- default.php
- default_content.php
from
components/com_faqbookpro/views/sections/tmpl
to
your_template/html/com_faqbookpro/sections/

Now, open the file
default_content.php in the template override
and replace the lines (50-52)
<a href="/<?php echo JRoute::_(FaqBookProHelperRoute::getSectionRoute($section->id)); ?>">
  <?php echo $section->title; ?>
</a>

with this line
<?php echo $section->title; ?>

Perfect thanks, It works perfectly thank you, as an afterthought possible to have this as a button option, for a situation like mine where data is minimal and no benefit to expand upon. or am I the only one! :)

Again thank you

You're welcome.

It's the first time anyone has asked this, but sure, I will add it as an option in next updates.
