 Hi, I am using Wall Pro to show the products in my Virtuemart web site (http://www.luver.it/index.php/shop/scorri-con-filtri).
Is it possible to show in the details also the SKU field which is very important in an e-commerce site?
If not now, do you plan to add it in the near future ? It should be easy to add...

Thanks
Luciano

Hi Luciano,

The above link shows the module Responsive Grid for Virtuemart, not Minitek Wall. Is this correct?

You can do the following:

1. Create a template override for the module:
https://docs.joomla.org/How_to_override_the_output_from_the_Joomla!_core

2. Inside the override template file, you can use the following code to add the product SKU:
<?php echo $item->product_sku; ?>

Ok, good, but what is exactly the php file I have to override?
I am looking at the file mod_minitekwall/mod_minitekwall.php but I don't see many places where to apply your code...
Yes, I am not an expert of PHP.. sorry
Thanks

Hi, I moved a step forward... First the module was not the minitekwall but the responsive grid ...
So I identified the PHP file which is
modules/mod_responsive_grid_for_virtuemart/tmpl/default_fancy.php
and around line 153 I added the following code:

<div class="regridvm-product-sku">
<span>
<?php echo $item->product_sku; ?>
</span>
</div>

AND IT WORKED!

Now I wanted to apply the default override so I copied the php file into this url:

templates/<my template>/html/mod_responsive_grid_for_virtuemart/default_fancy.php

but it DOES NOT WORK! I mean, the SKU disappears.

Can you help me ?
Thanks

DONE!
I discovered I also needed to copi the default.php file together with the default_fancy.php otherwise the override does not work!
Cheers

Hi Luciano,

Sorry, I could not answer during the weekend.

Good job! That's exactly how you should do it.
