Did you check your website for javascript errors before installing the extension?

Please disable the extension and check for existing javascript errors. If there are errors present, you must fix them before enabling the extension.

Hello,

I checked it, with you tips, and I see I have the next error.
This site overrides Array.from() with an implementation that doesn't support iterables, which could cause Google Maps JavaScript API v3 to not work correctly.

But I have no clue which module, components or plugin is causing this. I do not have the skills needed. Can you help me with identifying?

First of all, you must make sure that the problem is not caused by the template.

In order to find out, revert back to a Joomla default template (eg. Protostar) and see if the error persists.

You must first disable Joomla cache in global config as well as in Plugin Manager and then purge cache.

Hi,

Cache is default off on my site and the Plugin System - Page Cache is by default also off.

I have a test site :

login user and pwd same as the prod site


I disabled the Rockettheme template, activated prostar, removed everything related to google(maps) as the is error is pointing to google api.
I still get the error

I you want you can login to the test-site and do everything with it what needed.

Hey Ron,

Unfortunately I can't do much as I don't know which extension is adding this script.

Try to disable all extensions and re-enable them 1-by-1 until you find the one that creates the problem.
While you do that, it's best to use the default Joomla template Protostar.

Hello Yannis,

I restored the prod version to the test environment and checked every component. I found the plugin which causes the error. It's from the Flickr suite and I disabled it. So the error is gone but the load more still does not work. Can you have a look now?

Hi Ron,

There was an issue with multiple instances of jQuery loaded in your site.

I have made some changes in the jQuery Easy plugin and now the Load more button should work.
