Why didn't you answer my question yesterday. It appears to have been deleted.

I will not provide back-end access until I have confirmed that you are reading my ticket.

We are seeing two errors on the detail line in List View.
1. Email addresses are marked as being protected with a message saying we need Javascript enabled to view. Javascipt IS enabled.
2. On one of the entries - where the email details are the first bit of text we are seeing HTML/PHP code on the detail line.

We are running Joomla 3.7.4. The site is still in test mode - with a go live date at the end of this week. (This is why it is just an IP address at the moment).

My subscription ID is 05620.

I have viewed the page with the Articles Grid on W10 - IE11, Edge, Firefox and Chrome. The same error is showing on all browsers.

Hi there,

We never delete tickets. Maybe there was a problem with the server when you submitted your previous ticket but I assure you that we did not delete it.

The Joomla email cloaking plugin has some problems when used with other javascript plugins like the Responsive Grid.

Please try instead the Email Protector plugin by Regular Labs:
https://www.regularlabs.com/extensions/emailprotector
It's a free plugin and it works better that the default Joomla plugin.

Hello Yannis,

Thank you for your response ... don't know what happened to my first entry - I never even got an email.

I have replaced the default Joomla Email Cloak plug-in with the Email Protector as you suggest.

It is producing a similar, but different, error in the Articles List - see the attached image. The same error is showing in Grid view (we don't want this, but I thought I'd check anyway!)

The links are working once we open the article or on other pages where an email address is displayed.

I see. It seems that the Grid javascript library does not like any extra javascript added inside it.

I will look into it to see if I can come up with a solution for the next update.

Thanks for that ... when will the next update be ready?
