Hello there Yannis,
Is it correct that the article scroller module will not display on a Tagged item page? This is one example of mine. It should show just above the footer.

Thanks for taking a look.

Hey Elisabeth,

No, there is no such limitation. The module can display on all types of pages.

I see a javascript error in your page, when I open the browser console. Make sure that this error is fixed first before enabling the module.

Hi Yannis,

Yes, I turned the Minitek scroller module off and there is no more javascript error. If I turn it back on I get the following error, it is quite a non-descriptive error for me.
Can you see why it happens?

Ricotta:116 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot set property 'value' of null
at Ricotta:116
at Ricotta:119

Best, Elisabeth

No idea? Because I still have this problem.

The error is caused by a 3rd party script, more specifically by the following script:

var resetFilter = function() {
	document.getElementById('filter-search').value = '';
}

The script is trying to set the value of an input with id 'filter-search', but there is no such input in the page.
This is an error and must be fixed.

The above script is not generated by the scroller module. It is generated either by your template or by a 3rd party extension.
The scroller module just brings the error to the surface.

This was fixed. It could have been caused by the fact we have a Joomla installation which has been upgraded alot and something was left behind at one point. An override of the file was needed. However not to do with the Minitek module.
