I have a problem. I downloaded and installed Resposive Slider for K2 recently. Everything was fine. After a few days, when I looked at the page, the scroller was not there. He disappeared. It's as a published module, displays images from category k2 but it's not visible on the page. What's happening?

Hi there,

I see errors in the browser console (javascript errors).

Have you checked your website for javascript errors before publishing the module?

Hi

This is not a template bug.
My template's provider say:
When enable that module,js error appear so I think module's js conflict with another js library you should contact with module's provider.
This error:
(index):88 Uncaught TypeError: window.addEvent is not a function at (index):88
I tested in protostar template default, this error still appear

Hi,

I don't know if it is caused by the template. But it is not caused by the Slider module.

If you disable the module, you will see that the javascript error is still there (in the browser console), which means that this is an existing javascript error caused by another extension or by the template.

The module will not work if there are existing javascript errors in the website.

I diagnosed.
The error was caused by an add-on with information about the use of cookies.
Who would have thought that such modest addition could mess up.
Thank you for your time.

That's good to hear.

Yes, sometimes even the smallest plugins can cause big problems.
