Hi,

I'm receiving the following error message if I click on any link to the FAQ component in the back end of my website:

Gateway Timeout The gateway did not receive a timely response from the upstream server or application.

The component has been working fine since it was installed in early November, but in the last couple of days has stopped working on the backend (the front end works fine). I am now unable to access any of the FAQs to update them. Do you have any idea what might be causing this? All other components on the website respond as expected.

Note - the dev website is kept offline but your admin logon details will log you in to the front end if needed.

Hey Roger,

Open the component configuration (in Joomla global configuration, select FAQ Book Pro in the left menu)
and disable the parameter 'version checking'.
