License

GPL Licensing

All Joomla extensions and WordPress plugins produced by Minitek.gr are released under the terms of the GNU General Public License, version 3. Specifically, the PHP codes in Minitek.gr products are distributed under the GPL license. If not otherwise stated, all images, manuals, cascading style sheets (CSS), and included JavaScript are NOT GPL, and are released under the Minitek.gr Proprietary Use License (see below) unless specifically authorized by Minitek.gr. Elements of the extensions released under this proprietary license may not be redistributed or repackaged for use other than those allowed by the Terms of Service.

Minitek.gr Proprietary Use License

The Minitek.gr Proprietary Use License covers any images, cascading stylesheets, manuals and JavaScript files in any Joomla extensions and WordPress plugins produced and/or distributed by Minitek.gr. These files are proprietary of Minitek.gr, copyrighted and cannot be redistributed in any form without prior permission from Minitek.gr.

JavaScript Libraries License

Polipop is dual-licensed under the GNU General Public License (GPL) and the Polipop Commercial License. If you are creating an open source application under a license compatible with the GNU General Public License, you may use Polipop for free under the terms of the GPLv3. If you want to use Polipop in a commercial project or product, you'll need to purchase a commercial license.


Copyright information

You acknowledge that Minitek.gr site contains or may contain material (collectively the "Content") which is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary rights. You may not transfer or sell, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, or in any way exploit any of the Content, in whole or in part, except with an expressly permitted agreement from Minitek.gr or their respective creators.


2Checkout Payment Gateway

For your convenience, we teamed up with 2Checkout to provide a secure and reliable platform for selling our "products" online. The whole ordering process is supported by 2Checkout, who handles all transactions details. Your private data is 100% safe, as 2Checkout complies with the latest online security standards.


File Delivery

The payment process is fully automated. After you purchase a product and the sale is finalized, you will be able to download the products from the Downloads section.


Antifraud

Some customer purchases can be pending for manual antifraud check up. You will receive a detailed email about your payment. Antifraud check occurs due to the growing number of fraudulent transactions from persons who are not actual the cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase.


Modifications

You are authorized to make any necessary modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes. You must not change or remove the copyright information in the XML descriptor or HTML/CSS/JavaScript/PHP files, as well as the product version inside HTML comments on PHP files. Please contact us if you have any requirements that are not covered by these terms.


Downloads

Access to downloads for commercial products is granted to users with active subscriptions. There are no exceptions.

Ownership

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of Minitek.gr. Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall our juridical person be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products.


Refund Policy

If, and only if, the product does not work properly in your website (this means that it does not work as described in the product page and shown in our demo site), you may be eligible for a full refund. If the problem is solved by our support team, the order is not refundable. Also, if the problem is caused by existing JavaScript errors in your website, you are not eligible for a refund. In this case, you must solve the existing JavaScript errors before asking for support for our products as our products will not work on a website with existing errors.

If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund the money within 1 business day of receiving your refund request. Please note that it may take a couple of days for the bank to clear funds to your account or credit card. We will advise you once the refund has been issued.

The following subscriptions are refundable only if you have not already downloaded any of the products:

  • Joomla Extensions - Standard
  • Joomla Extensions - Professional
  • WordPress Plugins - Standard
  • WordPress Plugins - Professional

All refund requests must be made via our Help Center. Any other communication channel (eg. email) is not monitored and you may not receive a reply to your request.


Chargeback Policy

Initiating a chargeback on your order will result to your subscription being suspended until the issue has been resolved. If there is a problem with your order or if you don't know how to download the products you purchased, please read the Frequently Asked Questions. You can also request help in our forum.


Support (Help Center)

All technical support requests must be made via our Help Center. Support requests via email will not be anwered. Minitek.gr offers the products as is, with no implied meaning that they will function exactly as you wish or with all 3rd party extensions. It must be stated that all of our products are tested to work flawlessly on a clean Joomla / WordPress installation. Minitek.gr offers support only for installation and only for the duration of the subscription you have purchased. Minitek.gr is not obliged to provide assistance, guidance or information for any technical issues including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages or conflicts with 3rd party extensions or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products. Minitek.gr does not offer support for free extensions.

Your website must be JavaScript error-free before you enable our extensions. None of our extensions will work on a page with JavaScript errors. We don't offer support if your page has existing JavaScript errors. An existing JavaScript error is an error that existed before enabling any of our extensions. You must first fix all JavaScript errors before asking for support.


Free Products Support

We do not offer technical support for free products.


Warranty

Minitek.gr does not warranty or guarantee these products in any manner. We cannot guarantee they will function with all 3rd party extensions or templates. Also, we cannot guarantee that older versions of our products will continue to function indefinetely with the latest version of Joomla / WordPress or the latest versions of 3rd party extensions and templates. Minitek.gr maintains the right to discontinue any product without prior notice. All Minitek.gr products are tested to work on all major browsers like Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera, Apple Safari (version 3 and newer). We no longer support Internet Explorer.


Subscriptions

By purchasing a subscription for our products you accept that you have read the terms in our Support Policy, that you understand them and that you agree to be bound by them.

All Minitek.gr subscriptions grant you access to existing products. We do not guarantee that we will continue to release new Joomla extensions or WordPress plugins. By purchasing one of our subscriptions you agree that we may stop releasing new products without any prior notification and that all our subscriptions give access only to current products.


Cancellation and Termination

Minitek.gr, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Service at any time in case that your IP has been blacklisted for hacking attempts on our servers. Such termination of the Service will result in the deactivation or deletion of your Account or your access to your Account. Minitek.gr reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for reasons related to hacking attempts on our servers. In this case, you will not receive a refund for the products you have purchased. Additionally, we will pursue legal actions against attackers.

Important: We are closely monitoring all hacking attempts. Even one hacking attempt will have as a consequence the permanent ban of your IP.


Newsletter

Users who no longer wish to receive our newsletter and promotional communications may opt-out of receiving these communications by clicking on the unsubscribe link on the bottom of a newsletter email.


Privacy Policy
