    Does MiniTek offer nonprofits (in the US IRS 501(c)(3)) discounts, including free subscriptions?

    We are running a website that needs an FAQ added.  On the web, I learned that MiniTek may be a good option.  I also looked at JCFAQ.  I'm using Joomla, and when I look for MiniTek at Joomla, it says MiniTek FAQ Book is removed.  Well I already had downloaded it, and I got a FAQ going.  

    It seems to "break" easily.  Meaning after making a change to a Section or topic, the dreaded 404 error pops up.  Is that why Joomla removed Minitek FAQ?

    If we can solve that issue, it seems that MiniTek FAQ Book would be useful.  I'm presently using the free version.

    Please provide information about the page breaking I experienced.  

    Does MiniTek offer discounts or free subscriptions to nonprofits?

    PS I noticed questions are going unanswered.  Is that because no one at MiniTek is monitoring?  If we subscribe, we hope to have reasonable customer service.  Thanks
