I'll try to explain, what we are hoping to achieve.
We are currently building a website, which consists mainly of pages that are made of Category Blogs (there are some exceptions though). What I mean is, that each page, is showing multiple articles (no "Read More" Buttons) and this is rendered via a Category Blog, PLUS: there are also many Custom Fields rendering special content.
An example:
In Joomla Core Search, if we search for "green men", then we get a result of the article containing the term "green men", but the category blog "X" containing this article is not in the results. But we need exactly this! The result should be ONLY the category blog containing the article with the term "green men" - but NOT SHOWING the single article with the term in the results at the same time.
Questions:
1. Can your extension be configured this way, that the example above works?
2. Can custom fields be part of the search as well?
3. There is no demo/trial download to play with, is it? If not, you do a refund in case your extension does not fit?
