Minitek FAQ Book Pro - Professional Subscription Minitek Live Search - Professional Subscription

I have an active subscription but I cannot post a Support question - I keep getting an vague error that suggests an incorrect or stale link or the lack of an active subscription. I have an urgent support matter I need to raise. Please advise?
