My subscription is empty ! Can´t download.

Hi,

i found in my subscription:

From the link i get error 404.

I don´t know, that i have a second account (multiple account) ! 

What can i do ? Where can i download my product ?

Hi there,

You don't have a subscription. Your subscription was cancelled when you initiated a chargeback and took your money back.

The only way to activate your subscription again is by cancelling the chargeback or by purchasing a new subscription.

it is correct, i wanted to cancel the order through PayPal. 2Checkout and PayPal could not fix the problem. The remittance process has been discontinued. I didn't get my money back. Please provide the download.

I don't have your money. You must talk to 2Checkout to sort out the problem.

Since you don't have a subscription, it is not possible to download any product.

I have initiated a refund for your order.

If the chargeback has been cancelled, then you will get a refund from 2Checkout, otherwise, you will have to wait for a few weeks until Paypal has processed the chargeback.

In any case, I have not received the money you paid for your subscription, therefore the subscription has been cancelled permanently. After you have received your money back, you are welcome to purchase a new subscription.

To make the process faster, you can also contact 2Checkout and request a refund.
