Hello Minitek Team,

i signed up today for the membership.

Unfortunately the MiniTekWall is not delivering the resulsts i need

I need only to show a Answer with attached File.

Is it possible to get a refund ?

No, this is not possible since you have already downloaded all extensions.

ok, thanks. This is strange. how should i find out without downloading and testing ?
Isn't it normal that you download the files after purchase ?

There is a free version that you could have tried out. Or you could have asked me.

If you had downloaded only Minitek Wall Pro, I would give you a refund. But since you have downloaded everything, a refund is not possible.
