    subscription for the Minitek FAQ Book component

    Good morning,
    I bought a subscription for the Minitek FAQ Book component this morning. I paid with Paypal.
    I am now trying to download the component. In your FAQ it says that I will receive an email with my account. I also tried to request a password reset on the email address.
    But nothing happens.
    My name is Steve Schucany
    I need your support to get the software
