How can I add users to be notified (called follows) backend?

I want to add my mailing list to CN, so that they all receive notifications. How can this be done in Joomla backend?
(I assume I can import a csv in mysql, but I'd rather do this the proper way)

Update: If theres no way to do this backend, I'll import a csv. But what do I enter in the field subscription_hash?

Hi there,

Unfortunately there is way currently to import a list.

The subscription_hash is generated automatically when a non logged-in user subscribes. In your case, you can leave this field empty.
