Plugin not displaying

Content Notifications - Professional Subscription

Hello
I have the short code in a custom html module on the side of my site. The short code I'm using is

mcnotifications layout="default" option="com_k2" category="1" category_params="f,b,c,e,t"

Only blank space appears, no short code or subscription options. In Chrome, there are errors in the console that appear to be from the plugin files.

Can you help?

Hi there,

Please remove the plugin from the page and check the website for javascript errors first.

The extension will not work on page with existing javascript errors.

Thank you. They have been resolved, but it still does not display. I logged into the front end and it shows up. Is there a way to make it appear when not logged in, or show a register or login link? Do I have my settings incorrect?

Have you configured the permissions correctly for guest users?

Content Notifications > Configuration > Permissions > Guest >
View Subscribe buttons
Subscribe
