Minitek FAQ Book Pro - Professional Subscription

Dear Minitek Support,

we are currently experiencing two critical issues while configuring Minitek FAQ Book Pro (Pro version, latest release), and we kindly ask for your assistance:


1. content field not visible or editable in the “Submit a Question” form

In the frontend form used to submit questions, the content field (main body of the question) is not displayed and not editable

Dear Minitek Support,

we are facing two urgent blocking issues with FAQ Book Pro (latest version, Joomla 4.4.13, PHP 8.1), despite having a valid Pro license:

  1. In the backend Answers view, the “New” button is missing and the “Actions” menu is disabled. User is Super User. All permissions are correctly set (ACL and assets), but it is still impossible to create answers. Direct access to answer.add does not work.

  2. In the frontend question form, the content field (textarea) is rendered but always disabled, even when correctly included in the override.

This situation is unacceptable for a paid Pro extension that we need to use immediately on a public institutional site.

Please provide a solution as soon as possible.
