When I create a question the url for the question is simply Http://bearsampp.com/# instead of to the question itself. Can this be changed?

If you have selected the FAQ theme in Section > Questions > Theme, then the question title is not a link, it just toggles the question content.
In this case, at the bottom of each question there is a View question link.
