I have bought the subscription few hours ago and I am struggling with your website and component, first I had to wait long time to received the username and password, second I setup the Minitek Slider Pro3.0.1 widget and when I went to the article to add the image on the images and link the frontend display this error message
Class 'PhpThumbFactory' not found
If I remove the image the frontend comes back.
I need to delivery the website ready tonight and I have no time to be waste on support conversation, I need something that work straight away. Also I cannot give you access to my backend website.
I had to buy another extension to do the job and now I would like to have my money back please!
I was hoping to have found a headache free extension but this wasn't the reality.
