I tested the modification suggested by Robert Stelle below (7 months ago!) for a few days, and I can confirm that it does indeed allow Minitek Wall to work after upgrading to Joomla 6 (currently v6.1.3). For the time being, I still have the “Backward Compatibility” plugin enabled.
I also read about the issue supposedly caused by Minitek’s “Update Authentication” plugin, but I removed it before upgrading from Joomla 5 to Joomla 6.
Unfortunately, I still haven’t found another article display extension with all the features and functionality that make, or perhaps made, Minitek Wall the best of its kind. I don’t know what happened to the developer, but it’s a real shame.
