Translation English to Dutch

Hi,

I want to translate English terms into Dutch. So somewhere I have to translate terms like "Filter by Category" into the Dutch equivalent. See bitmap.

How can I do that? Can I find an INI file to translate the terms?

Hi,

I already found the INI file. It seems very easy to make a Dutch translation.
