subscribtions is not working

When someone try to subscribe the module doesn't do anything. We get no user data and the user dont receive the confirmation email.

I found this error with firebug:

Error al recuperar un archivo fuente original: request failed with status 404
URL fuente: https://a21escolarab.es/plugins/system/mcnsystem/assets/js/jquery.jgrowl.js

I saw it in Chrome, with f12, after try subscribe. The url error is:

Ok, try to update to version 1.1.3.

The new version should fix it.
