Subscription not working.

Hello. Nothing happens when I click on the Subscription button in the filled out category subscription form (I enter a valid name and email). Pages display a script error. Please help. Thank you.

The problem is resolved. There was a conflict with the login plugin of site template. Now everything is working properly. Thank you.

Unfortunately this is not possible. The only way is for me to see the site.

This is an intranet. This site is not accessible from the Internet. The only option is to use TeamViewer at the agreed time. Would it be possible?

This looks likes a javascript conflict but unfortunately there is nothing I can do without access to the website.
