Editing settings is not possible

When I create or edit Minitek Live Search I got broken page like on enclosed screenshot.
Other your modules works fine including Minitek Smart Search module. Checked on Firefox and Chrome browsers. Adblock plugin disabled.
Any ideas what to do?

No JS errors in console.

Have you installed the component or only the module?
