Minitek Live Search module cannot load Minitek view if the page menu item is set to com_finder&view=search

I would like to use Minitek Live Search module integrated into Yootheme Pro page builder. I want to display only one part of the module, the search term index, which indicates if a search word is required, optional or excluded. The module works everywhere except the standard Joomla search page which has its menu item set to com_finder&view=search. Or more precisely, the module itself works on a com_finder page but the view of the module cannot be loaded due to some conflict.

If I insert the module in another search page set to a different menu item, for example, com_jfilters&view=results, the Minitek view is properly loaded and the layout is perfect.

Do you have any suggestions how to overcome this issue?

Thank you.

Best regards,

Gábor

Hi Gábor,

It's true that Minitek Live Search will not work on com_finder pages, as they share some functionalities and there would be conflicts. Minitek Live Search is meant to be used as a replacement for com_finder.
