Module is showing unpublished articles

Hi!

I just migrated to Joomla 5 and I already updated the module and the Minitek Slider component. However, the module is showing articles with an expired date. In fact, when entering, instead of showing an error that it is not published, it shows a legend that says "Expired".

I have worked with the Minitek Slider in Joomla 4 and one great advantage is that it no longer shows these unpublished articles. Precisely because they are not published.

Can you help me?
