Error Call to undefined method Joomla\CMS\Document\HtmlDocument::getWebAssetManager()

Hi,

after activating my first widget in Minitek Wall Pro my site has an error. There is the message "Call to undefined method Joomla\CMS\Document\HtmlDocument::getWebAssetManager()".

I have the module deactivated, because the complete site doesn't run if it is active. After activating the module, the site crashed.

Do you have any idea, where the problem is?

Kind regards from Jürgen

You have installed an incorrect version module. v4.0.5 is for Joomla 4.

Didn't you read the version info before downloading?

You must install version 3.3.1.

Hi,

some additional informations.

Minitek Slider Pro works fine. You can see this on the site in the middle.

I have the Minitel Wall Pro-module deactivated, because the complete site doesn't run if it is active. After activating the module, the site crashed. If you analyze, please activate the module with your Super-User-Admin Credentials.

After analyzing, and if you didn't find the error, please deactivate the module, so that the site runs.

Kind regards from Jürgen

Hi Yannis,

as I wrote: extension version Minitek Wall Pro: 3.9.5.4 (the newest version, which I have downloaded today) and for the module: 4.0.5 (also the newest version, which I have downloaded today). I had installed many years ago prior versions, but I thought, that I had deinstalled them. See the screenshot in the attachment.

With the ticket, I gave you Super User credentials, so you can take a look to the backend.

Kind regards from Jürgen

Hi Jürgen,

Which versions have you installed? (component + module)
