This plugin will delete the cached images automatically when you change them in K2:
Minitek K2 Tools

Just install and enable it.

one last question, i change the k2 image and if i dont delte the cache files manually from module folder the image never refreshing, is there any trick for this?

Hi there,

If you are updating from an older version,
go to
modules/mod_responsive_grid_for_k2/admin/elements

and delete the files
categoriesmultiple.php
item.php
items.php
k2tags.php
