i am using joomla 3.x i installed the modules

system-content-notifications-3.0.3.zip
content-notifications-3.0.2.zip
plg_minitekupdatesauth_3.0.1.zip

I entered the Id for: plg_minitekupdatesauth

When I edit or insert a new article, the event queue is updated.


while the mail queue tells me it has zero elements.

To simplify, I manually launched the notifications command.

but no email reached the users registered on the portal.


Any suggestions are welcome

Have you set up the scheduled tasks, as described at
