Follows

Displays a list of the objects that the logged-in user has followed. Users can delete records from the list if they have permission to Delete.

Blocks

Displays a list of the objects that the logged-in user has blocked. Users can delete records from the list if they have permission to Delete.

My Updates

Displays a list of all updates for the logged-in user. Users can delete records from the list if they have permission to Delete.

Updates

Displays global updates from specific parents.

In order to display updates from specific parents, you must first save the menu item. Then click on the tab Updates source and select specific parents (eg. categories).
