Accounts
When purchasing a subscription at Minitek, the subscription is added to the user account associated with the email in the shopping cart form (Section: Billing Information).
If an account associated with that email exists, the subscription will be added to that user account. If it does not exist, a new user account will be created for that email and the subscription will be added to the new account. You will automatically receive login info for the new user account at that email.
Important
Please note that in some cases it might take up to 20 minutes to receive the email that contains your username and password. If you have not received the email after 20 minutes have passed, you can send us a message. We are not responsible for email delays so you will have to wait for the email to be delivered to you by your email provider.

If you already had an account associated with the email that you entered in the shopping cart form, you can log in with your previous username and password.
If you didn't have an account in our website, please check your email as we have sent you log in info. If you have not received an email from us, please check your spam/trash folders.

Even if you already had an account on our website before purchasing a subscription, a new account will be automatically created if you enter a different email in the order form. The log in credentials for the new account will be sent to the new email you entered in the order form. Click here for more info.
The downloads will not be visible in your old account, only in the new account. If you enter the same email as your old account in the order form, you can find the downloads in your old account.
