Topics can be used as articles with static content or as questions containers or both. A topic may also have children topics.
To create a new topic:
Go to Topics and click on "New".
Enter a title and an optional description. Select a parent topic (optional) and a section (required). If this is a child topic, the section will be automatically selected.
In multi-language websites, you must make sure that the topic language is the same as the parent topic. A different language for a child topic may have unintended consequences and lead to 404 errors.
